Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain social media pages (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn);
• Monitor App and Website ensuring content is relevant;
• Execute the Marketing Plan and create marketing content for Campaigns;
• Liaise with third party suppliers and maintain a healthy relationship;
• Entice tenants and third parties to book Digital Ads on Screens;
• Liaise with Tenants as necessary and maintain a healthy relationship;
• Reply to customer comments in a timely manner;
• Monitor expenses vs budget;
• Liaise with Marketing Committee and organize Marketing Committee meetings;
• Liaise with Marketing Agency as necessary;
• Prepare Marketing reports including footfall records as required.

Experience

• Hold a degree in Marketing or Business related;
• Have basic Microsoft Office Skills;
• Have had training in Photoshop, SEO, PPC, Social media marketing, event planning;
• Have a good command of the English Language.
