Deliveries
Free deliveries are offered on a minimum order of €35 spent. A €7 charge applies if the bill is less than €35.
Orders will be prepared and delivered during weekdays only. We try to deliver on the same day when possible. However, we might take longer depending on the availability of the products you’ve ordered, or the schedule on the day.
We will be in touch with you to organize a delivery date that works for you as soon as possible.
*There will be no deliveries scheduled as from the 1st of August until the 15th of August.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Plants are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. Damaged items cannot be returned, please make sure your goods are received in good condition on delivery.
Once an order is placed online, cancellation of such order will not be possible.
Plants and Flowers
Plants and flowers will not be identical to the images on our website as they are live products. We aim to deliver you our best products, should there be an issue with the products when we are preparing your items for delivery we will contact you to offer alternatives or refunds if necessary.
