Pt 18

Please be aware that varieties may change depending on the time of year and stock availability

Percoca is a specific type of clingstone peach native to Italy. Unlike standard peaches, its yellow flesh is exceptionally firm and compact, meaning it doesn't soften as it ripens and stays attached to the stone

Sun: Needs full sun (6–8 hours daily) to develop its deep orange color and sweet, intense aroma.

Water: Requires regular watering during summer to ensure the firm flesh remains juicy and flavorful.

Soil: Prefers well-drained, fertile soil; it thrives particularly well in alluvial or volcanic areas.

Harvest: Depending on the variety, it ripens between July and October.
