Green festival - Infiorata 2024

Green festival - Infiorata 2024

This year, Derek Garden Centre was proud to take part in the 10th edition of the Valletta Green Festival, helping to transform St George’s Square into a vibrant temporary garden featuring over 18,000 plants — including trees, shrubs, and flowers — creating a unique green experience in the heart of the city.

At our stand, we offered fun and educational activities for all ages:

Knock-the-Pots Game: An interactive activity where visitors tried to knock over pots. Winners received a flowering plant or a gift bag from Derek Garden Centre!
Planting Experience: Children and adults planted their own seedlings to take home as a green souvenir.
Special Vouchers: We handed out 15% discount vouchers to everyone who visited us — our way of saying thank you.

It was a pleasure to share our passion for gardening, sustainability, and landscape design in such an inspiring setting. Thank you for being part of this green experience with us!
